She joined the Worldwide team in 2005. After attending the University of Nebraska, Sondra quickly launched into a career in broadcast sales, working for the ABC out-state affiliate. Starting in 1985 at a local level, Sondra's performance propelled her to the position of Regional Manager and Director of Special Projects. Sondra left broadcast to accept a two-year consulting assignment with a regional design firm, and from there she landed her first position in the contact center industry. Starting in 1995 in a role that combined Client Services and Business Development, Sondra has held subsequent leadership positions ranging from Director of Client Business Development to Vice President of Sales with award winning firms, Hamilton Telecommunications, Advanced Data-Comm and Convergys. The experience gained in these positions encompasses the high-tech, insurance, publishing, retail, telecom, and utility industries, where Sondra developed programs in database management, lead generation, acquisition, order handling, customer service, e-Commerce, marketing research data collection, and loyalty/customer satisfaction.
